Eire Peptides is a trading brand of Eire Supplements. This policy applies to purchases made through eirepeptides.store and does not affect statutory rights available under Irish or EU consumer law.

14-day right to cancel

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, a consumer may notify us that they wish to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. After notifying us, the goods must be returned within a further 14 days.

How to request a return

Before sending anything back, email tyler@eirepeptides.store with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Condition of returned goods

Goods should be returned in the condition in which they were received. You may inspect goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for that inspection.

Where a statutory exception applies to a particular sealed product, a change-of-mind return may not be available after the relevant seal has been broken. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

Change-of-mind return costs

For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked service. We do not charge a restocking fee for an eligible statutory return.

Refunds

For a valid cancellation, any refund due will be processed without undue delay in accordance with applicable law. We may wait until the returned goods are received, or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, where permitted by law. Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method.

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the refund includes the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional delivery charges paid for an upgraded or express service are not refundable merely because you changed your mind.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described, contact tyler@eirepeptides.store as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where appropriate. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the appropriate remedy may include replacement, price reduction or refund.

Exchanges

We do not operate a general change-of-mind exchange service. For an eligible unwanted item, return it under this policy and place a new order for the required item. Where an item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, we may arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Cancellations before dispatch

If you contact us before an order has been dispatched, we will try to cancel it before shipment. If it has already been dispatched, the applicable return procedure will apply.
