This page explains customer-level payment handling for orders placed on this website.

1. Available payment options

Current payment options are displayed during checkout and may change based on availability. A method not shown at checkout is not currently available for that order.

2. Currency and pricing

Store prices are displayed in euro (EUR). Any alternative settlement amount, where supported by a checkout provider, is shown before confirmation.

3. When an order is processed

Orders are released for fulfilment after the applicable payment is confirmed. Pending orders may reserve stock only for a limited period.

4. Payment data

The selected payment provider handles payment credentials. Eire Peptides receives transaction status and reference information for reconciliation and does not store full card numbers.

5. Refunds and failed payments

Approved refunds are returned through the original method where supported. For a failed or unmatched payment, contact tyler@eirepeptides.store with your order number and payment reference.
