Where we ship

Orders dispatch from Ireland to Ireland, the United Kingdom and supported European Union destinations. Available shipping methods are shown at checkout.

Dispatch times

Orders placed before 14:00 Irish time on a business day are typically dispatched the same or next business day after payment confirmation.

Delivery estimates

• Ireland: 1–2 business days.
• United Kingdom: 2–4 business days.
• EU: 3–7 business days.

These are estimated delivery windows, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier or customs delays.

Shipping costs

• Ireland: €15 standard shipping for orders under €100; free standard shipping for orders of €100 or more.
• Supported EU destinations: €35 standard shipping for orders under €250; free standard shipping for orders of €250 or more.

United Kingdom and any other supported destination rates are displayed at checkout where available.

Discreet packaging

Parcels use plain outer packaging. Inner packaging protects the supplied research materials and includes the applicable product and batch or SKU identification.

Tracking

A tracking link is sent once the parcel is dispatched where tracking is available for the selected service.
