Shipping Policy

We ship from Ireland to Ireland, the United Kingdom and the European Union. Selected international destinations may be available at checkout — final availability depends on your address and carrier restrictions.

Orders placed before 15:00 Irish time on a business day are typically dispatched the same or next business day once payment is confirmed. Cold-chain items may take up to one additional business day.

• Ireland: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
• United Kingdom: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• EU: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Live shipping methods and thresholds — including any free-shipping threshold — are shown at checkout.

Every parcel ships in plain outer packaging with no product references, logos, or research terminology visible on the exterior. Inner packaging protects the cold chain and includes batch-labelled units and, where applicable, a chill pack.

You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is dispatched.

If your parcel is damaged, delayed beyond the estimate, or lost in transit, contact support@eirepeptide.shop within 14 days of dispatch and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes or clearance fees payable at destination. These are the recipient's responsibility.
