Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are

Peptides Éire ("we", "us", "our") operates the website eirepeptide.shop and supplies research-catalogue products intended for laboratory research use only. Contact: support@eirepeptide.shop.

2. Research use only

All products sold on this site are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical reference use. They are not pharmaceuticals, medicines, dietary supplements, cosmetics or food, and are not intended, sold or approved for human or veterinary consumption, in-vivo administration, clinical use or any diagnostic or therapeutic purpose. By placing an order you confirm you understand and accept this and take full responsibility for lawful handling in your jurisdiction.

3. Age and eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to place an order. Restricted collections (including but not limited to Oils & Tabs) require an additional research-use confirmation before checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

4. Orders and pricing

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we accept the order and dispatch the goods. Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable Irish VAT where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order affected by an obvious error.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by third-party providers (PeptidePay and, where enabled, card processors). We never store full card details. Orders are only released for fulfilment once payment is confirmed as captured.

6. Shipping and risk

Shipping options, estimated timings and thresholds are shown at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is handed to the carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays outside our control.

7. Returns and refunds

Due to the research-use nature and cold-chain handling of the products, returns are only accepted where the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or where consumer withdrawal rights explicitly apply under Irish and EU law. See our Returns Policy for full details, timelines and exclusions.

8. Certificates of Analysis (COAs)

Third-party COAs are published for selected verified batches and linked from the corresponding product page when available. The absence of a linked COA does not imply the absence of testing. COAs are provided as reference information about a specific batch and do not constitute a warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or related to a product is limited to the price paid for that product. We disclaim all liability for any loss arising from use of a product outside its intended research-use context, including any human or veterinary exposure.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights available to you in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
